摘要
大学生村官制度是新农村建设的重要举措,对中国农业、农村和农民发展意义深远。从大学生村官制度的演进历史入手,结合大学生村官在"三农"建设的实践表现,分析大学生村官在村民自治中的作用。结果表明,大学生村官在村民自治中的作用主要体现在循序渐进的三个阶段,即大学生村官对传统农村社会的冲击、从技术传播者向制度建设者转型和大学生村官谱写村民自治新篇章。
The village official system of college students is an important measure for the construction of new countryside,which is of profound significance to the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China.From the evolution of the village official system of college students,and combined with the practice performance of college student village officials in the"three rural"construction,the role of college student village officials in villager autonomy was analyzed.The results showed that the role of college student village officials in villager autonomy was mainly reflected in three stages of gradual progress:the impact of college student village officials on traditional rural society,the transformation from technology disseminators to institution builders,and a new chapter of villager autonomy was opened with the village officials of college students.
