针灸配合按摩治疗枕大神经嵌压综合征疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with massage on large occipital nerve entrapment syndrome

目的:探究针灸配合按摩治疗枕大神经嵌压综合征疗效。方法:选取我院于2014年3月~2017年3月收治的46例枕大神经嵌压综合征患者来进行研究。随机将患者分为观察组与对照组,两个小组的人数相等,即23例。对照组患者采用西医来进行治疗,观察组则采用针灸配合按摩来进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率以及疼痛发作频率评分。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率优于对照组(观察组95.65%,对照组69.57%),两个小组产生的数据差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组和对照组的疼痛发作频率评分产生的数据差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:针灸配合按摩治疗枕大神经嵌压综合征疗效显著,值得在临床中推广及应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with massage on the treatment of large occipital nerve entrapment syndrome.Method:Methods 46 cases of large occipital nerve entrapment syndrome were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and the number of the two groups was equal,that is,23 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage.The total effective rate and the frequency of pain attack were compared between the two groups.Result:Observe the total effective rate of treatment group than the control group(observation group 95.65%,control group 69.57%),statistically significant differences between the two groups of data,P<0.05;significant difference data of the observation group and the control group pain score frequency produced there,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with massage treatment of large occipital nerve entrapment syndrome has remarkable curative effect,and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
