图书馆个性化信息服务中用户个人信息保护的策略研究

Research on the protection strategy of personal information in the personalized information service of the library

用户获取图书馆的个性化信息服务,必然要涉及读者的个人信息。随着信息服务的广泛使用,读者的信息经常被泄露,这将直接影响到读者对图书馆个性化信息服务的满意和信任。文章运用描述法和分析法探讨了潜在安全风险的种类,列出了防范读者个人信息泄露的有效策略。结果是,只有制定有效的保护策略,才能加强对读者个人信息的保护,消除可能出现的安全隐患,保证图书馆个性化信息服务的顺利开展。

If users want to obtain personalized information service of libraries,they must inevitably involve the readers’personal information.With the popularity use of information services,the readers’information is often leaked out,which will directly influence the readers’satisfaction and trust for the personalized information service of the library.This paper aims to discuss the sorts of potential security risks by using the descriptive method and the analytical method,and list the effective strategies for the defense of readers’personal information.The outcome is that only by working out effective strategies of protection can we strengthen the protection of readers’personal information,and eliminate the possible safety risks,and ensure the smooth development of personalized information service of library.
