牵引变流器分段同步调制谐波优化方法

摘要 在大功率牵引变流设备中,由于开关损耗原因致使大功率IGBT开关频率通常被限制在1k Hz以下,使得变流器长时间工作在较低的载频比下,因此对变流器输出电流的谐波进行抑制变得十分必要。变流器输出电流谐波优化有多种方法,其中总谐波电流最小作为优化目标的优化方法是一种较好的优化方案。文章以三相两电平电压型变流器作为研究对象,给出最优的优化开关角组合,并对比理论开关角和优化开关角的谐波抑制量,通过仿真与试验进行验证。 In the heavy power traction converter,the switching loss makes high power IGBT operating frequency limited to 1 kHz below,which leads to make the converter work for a long time at a lower carrier frequency ratio,so it is necessary to suppress the converter output current harmonic.There are many ways to optimize the output current harmonics of the converter,among which the optimization method of minimizing the total harmonic current as the optimization target is a better optimization.In this paper,three-phase two-level voltage-sourced converter is taken as the research object,giving the optimal combination of optimized switching angles,and comparing the theoretical and optimized switching angles inhibiting amount of harmonic switching angles,and being verified by simulation and experiment.
