江苏省海洋经济发展与海洋生态文明建设的关系研究

Research on the relationship between the development of marine economy and the construction of marine ecological civilization in Jiangsu

在经济快速发展、沿海城市群不断扩张而资源日益减少的现状下,海洋生态面临挑战、海洋生态系统退化、生物多样性减少,在对我国海洋生态与经济现状等方面进行研究的基础上,文章分析了江苏省海洋经济发展、科技投入、海洋生态现状以及江苏海洋经济发展机遇,针对江苏省海洋经济发展存在的问题,依据国家对海洋生态文明建设的要求,提出江苏省海洋发展的海洋生态文明建设方法,为实现江苏海洋经济与海洋生态文明建设协调发展、海洋环境系统和海洋事业健康的可持续发展提供参考。

Under the background of the rapid economic growth,the urbanization accelerating and the reduction of land resources,the marine ecological environment faces challenges,and the marine ecosystem deteriorates,as well as the biodiversity reduction.Based on the general analysis of marine ecology and economic situation in China,this paper studies the development of the marine economy,the investment of science and technology and the current situation of the marine ecology and the opportunities in Jiangsu province.According to the state’s requirements for the construction of the marine ecological civilization to solve the existing problems of the marine economic development of Jiangsu,this paper puts forward a method of marine ecological civilization construction.In order to realize the coordinated development of the marine economic development and the marine ecological civilization construction,it also provides strong cultural support for the sustainable development of the marine ecosystems,and the healthy marine industry.
