摘要
本文使用PowerFlow软件对电动卡车风冷电池舱进行了流场仿真分析,得到原方案设在主风道内部形成了涡流,造成了大量的能量损失,导致风道内冷却气流流速迅速降低,风道设计不合理对电池的冷却效果不佳。根据仿真流场结果对风冷电池舱进行了优化,得到了风量分配更均匀,且风道内能量损失少的优化模型。
The analysis of flow field for battery cabin of electric truck is conducted with PowerFlow in this paper.there are several vortexes in the main duct in initial model.The vortexes will expend energy and therefore the reduction of the velocity of cooling flow in the main duct is high.For the unreasonable design of the duct,the cooling effectiveness is not good.The improvement is proposed in this paper.The reduction of velocity in new model is lower and the distribution of air is better.
