多轴向力传感器灵敏度校准不确定度的评定

Uncertainty Analysis of Multi Axial Force Sensor Sensitivity Calibration

本文按照CNAS-CL07:2011《测量不确定度的要求》的规定,分析了多轴向力传感器灵敏度校准过程中,影响传感器输出灵敏度的各种因素,对多轴向力传感器输出灵敏度测量不确定度进行评定,得到了实际校准中的不确定度数值,并用En值法对测量结果进行评价。

In this paper,according to the CNAS-CL07:2011"the regulation of demand uncertainty in measurement",analyzed the various factors influencing the sensor output sensitivity in the multi axial force sensor sensitivity calibration process.Analyzed the output sensitivity measurement uncertainty of the multi axial force sensor and got the uncertainty values in actual calibration,and used En value method to evaluate the result of the measurement.
