超声在乳腺硬化性腺病诊断中的价值

摘要 目的探讨超声在乳腺硬化性腺病(SA)诊断中的价值。方法选取我院2015年7月至2017年6月术前行超声诊断,术后病理确诊SA的57个病灶,以乳腺超声影像报告与数据系统(BI-RADS-US)及Adler彩色血供程度对病灶重新进行评价,并分析其诊断符合率。结果 57个乳腺SA病灶灰阶超声声像图特征分为3型:Ⅰ型20个、Ⅱ型26个、Ⅲ型11个。3型超声征象均以Adler彩色血供分级<2级为主要特征,总诊断符合率为61%(35/57)。结论 SA缺乏典型的声像图特征,缺乏血供特征对该病具有较高的诊断价值。
