油气管道局部管体损伤导波检测研究与应用

Research and Application of Guided Wave Detection in Oil & Gas Transmission Pipeline Local Damage

摘要 文中对磁致伸缩超声导波检测原理进行了研究,通过对长输管道建模分析,得到长输管道的导波传输特性。实验室样管与现场管道的导波实测数据表明,导波检测具有单点激励、长距离传输的特点,对长输管道重点区域检测具有适宜性和局限性。 The magnetostrictive ultrasonic guided wave detection theoretical was studied in this paper.Through the modeling analysis on the long range pipeline,the pipeline guided wave propagation characteristics were gotten.Laboratory pipe and field pipeline guided wave measured data show that guided wave detection has the characteristics of exciting in one single point and long distance transmission,it has the applicabiltty and limitation in long distance pipeline special segment testing.
