当代外来“新移民”的社区融合:困境与消解——基于苏州S区若干过渡型社区的调查

The Community Integration of “New Migrants” in the View of New Type of Urbanization: the Predicament and Relief——The Investigation Based on Several Transitional Communities in Suzhou S Park

新型城镇化过程中,在城市与农村的交界处出现了大量由政府投资的失地农民动迁社区——过渡型社区。在过渡型社区发展过程中,吸引了大量外来人口入住社区。作为外来异质性的元素的外来人口如何更好地融入社区,是实现过渡型社区稳定和发展的必要条件。以苏州S区若干过渡型社区人际关系与社会信任调查资料为基础,揭示了过渡型社区外来人口社区融合的现状与困境,并从制度、社会、文化心理、外来人口自身因素等四个方面分析了外来人口社区融合的障碍性因素,并提出相应的对策思考,以期促进外来人口社区融合,从而推动过渡型社区成长为成熟的包容性新型城市社区。

With the accelerated urbanization and industrialization,many communities invested by the governments for peasants who lost their lands(Transitional Communities)emerged in the rural-to-urban areas.In the development of transitional community,it attracts large amounts of migrants.The requirement for realizing the stability and development of transitional community is how to help migrants integrate into the new communities better.This paper which based on the relationships between several communities in Suzhou Industrial Park and data from the social trust survey,and combined with a large number of deep interviews reveals the conditions and predicaments of the community integration.In the same time,this paper analyses the obstacles of community integration for new migrants in the four aspects of institution,society,cultural psychology and the migrants,and it provides the relevant strategies to promote the integration of migrants and elevates the transitional communities to be a mature new inclusive city community.
