在政府推动"城市双修"的背景下,回顾了始于1996年的昆明与瑞士苏黎世在城市历史文化遗产保护方面的合作,以昆明文明街老城保护合作项目为例,总结了合作成果的精髓及其对推动昆明历史文化街区保护所发挥的作用和贡献,并剖析规划实施陷入困境的原因,给出文明街历史文化街区后续实施更新的建议。

In the background of the government's promotion of"urban double repair",urban repair needs to accelerate the renewal and utilization of the protection of urban historical and cultural district.This paper reviews in cooperation which began in 1996 in Kunming and Switzerland in city historical cultural heritage preservation,use the Kunming old town-Wenming District protection cooperation project as an example,summarizes the essence of the result of cooperation,and its contribution of promoting the protection of Kunming historical and cultural districts,and to analyze the causes of the plight of the planning implementation.give the future Wenming Historical and Cultural District update recommendations.
