摘要 错配修复(mismatch repair,MMR)是DNA复制后的一种常见修复系统,是一种细胞保护性反应,主要修复DNA复制过程中的碱基错配与损伤,可使核苷酸顺序恢复正常。 Mismatch repair(MMR)is a common repair system after DNA replication.It is a protective response of cells after DNA damage.It mainly restores the base mismatch and damage in DNA replication process,which can make nucleotide sequence return to normal
