中华人民共和国成立初期山西共青团基层组织建设状况探析

An Analysis of the Construction of Grass-roots Organizations of Communist Youth League in Shanxi Province at the Beginning of the People's Republic of China

中华人民共和国成立初期,执政后的中国共产党鉴于巩固政权和建设社会的需要更加注重基层群团组织的建设,而共青团组织建设即是其中重要一环。山西共青团组织早在1920年便有迹可循,后几经改组、解体、重建、初具规模直至迅速壮大,其在不断发展中积累了丰富的历史经验。故对中华人民共和国成立初期山西共青团基层组织建设状况及经验之探析,可为当今共青团组织建设提供经验鉴戒。

In the initial stage of the founding of People′s Republic of China,the CPC has paid more attention to the building of grass-roots mass organizations in light of the need to consolidate the power and build the society,and the construction of the Communist Youth League was an important part of the building.As early as 1920,the Shanxi Communist Youth League left some traces of doing things,and after several reorganizations,disintegration and reconstruction,it began to take shape and grew rapidly.It has accumulated rich historical experience in its continuous development.Therefore,an analysis of the status and experience of the construction of grass-roots Youth League organizations in Shanxi in the early days of the founding of the People′s Republic of China can provide experiences and lessons for the organization of today′s Communist Youth League.
