“互联网+”社区居家养老“医养结合”机制研究

The Combination Mechanism of Medical Treatment and Aged Service Based on "Internet Plus" and the Community and Home-based Service for the Aged(CHSA)

社区居家养老成为我国养老服务的主要依托模式。目前在社区居家养老服务中实现"医养结合"存在着医保报销不畅、护理能力不强、管理协调能力不足以及相关机构合作积极性不高等难题。借助"互联网+"信息化技术,构建基本医疗护理与社区居家养老服务的衔接融合机制,以提高社区居家养老服务的整体效能。

CHSA has become the main mode of the aged service in China,but problems arose in reality in the combination of medical treatment and aged service,such as difficulty in medical insurance reimbursement,poor nursing ability and management and coordination ability,and lack of enthusiasm of relevant organizations in operation.In this situation,to rely on the information technologies of"Internet Plus"to establish a mechanism of integrating basic medical treatment and CHSA can improve the overall efficiency of the CHSA.
