Weibo has created an instant,efficient and open environment for information dissemination.With the"micro"wind blowing into university campuses,the college population has gradually become an active group of Weibo.In the diverse information of Weibo,university students must be under the guide of opinion leaders.University leaders should clearly understand the role of opinion leaders,cultivate their media quality and the ability to rationally analyze problems,strengthen their consciousness of responsibility and rule by the law,so as to exert positive energy and create healthy public opinion for campus harmony surroundings.
