穿孔性阑尾炎行腹腔镜与开腹手术的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on clinical effects of laparoscopic Vs.open surgery for perforative appendicitis

目的探讨分析穿孔性阑尾炎行腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2015年8月~2017年8月收治的60例穿孔性阑尾炎患者选取为此次研究对象,将其随机分成对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组组患者行开腹手术治疗,观察组患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者在术中出血量、手术时间、术后疼痛感受各项指标水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗穿孔性阑尾炎的临床治疗效果更有优势,同时对患者造成的创伤较小,有利于术后的快速恢复,促使患者早日出院,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of laparoscopic vs.open surgery for perforative appendicitis.Methods 60 pateints with perforative appendicitis who had been seeking treatment in the hospital fromAugust 2015 toAugust 2017 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group,patients in the control group underwent open surgery,whereas those in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative amount of bleeding,operation duraion and postoperation pains level in the observation group were shown to be lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was shown to be significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of perforative appendicitis,laparoscopic surgery is with more advantageous therapeutic effect,and with fewer traumas to the patients,which is helpful for the rapid recovery and discharge from the hospital.Therefore,it is of significant value to be popularized in clinical application.
