手法碎核小切口白内障摘除术与超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗硬核性白内障的效果比较

Comparison of small incision cataract extraction with phacoemulsification and phacoemulsification in the treatment of hard core cataract

目的探析与超声乳化白内障摘除术相比,手法碎核小切口治疗硬核性白内障的效果,旨在为临床治疗白内障提供参考依据。方法选取本院眼科2014年1月~2016年12月收治的硬核性白内障患者82例,采用随机法分为常规组(超声乳化白内障摘除术)和研究组(手法碎核小切口白内障摘除术),每组41例,并观察两组患者视力恢复情况。结果两组患者术后1天、1周和1个月视力均无明显变化,研究组术后3个月视力达到0.5~1.0的患者为94.20%明显高于常规组的80.60%(P<0.05)。结论硬核性白内障患者予以手法碎核小切口白内障摘除术临床疗效显著,创伤小,并发症少,视力恢复明显,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of manual nucleus chopping in the treatment of hard nuclear cataract compared with phacoemulsification,in order to provide a reference for the treatment of cataract.Methods 82 patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were eye cataract surgery patients were randomly divided into routine group(phacoemulsification)and study group(manual nucleus small incision cataract surgery),41 cases in each group,and to observe the two groups of patients with visual acuity.Results There were no significant changes in visual acuity at one day,one week and one months after operation.The patients with visual acuity of 0.5-1.0 at 3 months after surgery were 94.20%,significantly higher than 80.60%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision cataract extraction with manual nucleus chopping method is effective in treatment of hard nuclear cataract,with less trauma,less complications and obvious visual acuity recovery.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
