迈之灵治疗郁积性皮炎患者的疗效观察

Observation of Forte for treating stasis dermatitis

目的探讨迈之灵治疗郁积性皮炎临床疗效。方法选取2015年11月~2016年11月期间赣州市立医院皮肤科门诊收治的66例淤积性皮炎患者,根据就诊号的单双号将所有患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组33例,对照组给予弹力绷带,按皮损情况应用相应的外用药物,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服迈之灵,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组患者9.09%的治愈率高于对照组的3.03%;治疗组显效率(60.61%)与总有效率(96.70%)显著高于对照组的36.3 6%、78.79%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论迈之灵治疗郁积性皮炎临床效果良好,显著的改善患者临床症状及皮损,减轻患者痛苦,临床应用前景广阔。

Objective To investigate the effect of Aescuven forte treatment stasis dermatitis clinical curative effect.Methods From November 2015 to November 2016 in Ganzhou City Hospital Outpatient Department of Dermatology treated 66 cases of stasis dermatitis patients,according to single and double the number of visits of all patients were divided into treatment group and control group,there were 33 cases in each group,the control group was given elastic bandage,according to the corresponding application of topical lesions,the treatment group based on the control group on oral Aescuven forte,to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The cure rate was significantly higher than the control group of 3.03%patients in the treatment group were 9.09%;significant efficiency(60.61%)and total efficiency(96.70%)of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group 36.36%,78.79%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aescuven forte treatment stasis dermatitis has good clinical effect,significantly improve the clinical symptoms and lesions of patients,relieve pain and broad clinical application prospect.
