摘要
肠易激综合征(IBS)是常见的功能性胃肠病,其病因和发病机制尚未完全明确。近年肠黏膜屏障在IBS发病中的作用备受关注。肠上皮细胞是肠黏膜屏障的重要组成部分,其功能与细胞间紧密连接(TJ)密切相关。研究证实IBS患者肠黏膜TJ结构异常,可能与IBS发病相关。本文就肠上皮细胞TJ在IBS发病中的作用作一综述。
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a common functional gastrointestinal disorder,and its etiology and pathogenesis are not completely clear.The role of intestinal mucosal barrier in the pathogenesis of IBS has attracted much attention in recent years.Intestinal epithelial cells are important component of intestinal mucosal barrier,and their function is closely related to the intestinal epithelial tight junction(TJ).It has been confirmed that the TJ structure of intestinal mucosa in IBS patients was abnormal and may be associated with the pathogenesis of IBS.This article reviewed the role of intestinal epithelial TJ in the pathogenesis of IBS.
