摘要
近年来,多项研究表明,猴头多糖具有抗肿瘤活性,是一种潜在的天然抗癌活性物质。本文综述了近些年猴头多糖在提取鉴定、抗肿瘤活性和机制方面的研究进展。
This paper reviewed the research progress on the extraction,identification,antitumor effects and mechanisms of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide.
