摘要
目的:通过对胰腺癌患者的饮食干预,研究植物型膳食对胰腺癌患者营养状况改善的影响。方法:采用随机分组将从上海市岳阳中西医结合医院收集到的60例胰腺癌患者,分为植物型膳食组与常规膳食组,对植物型膳食组患者进行一对一、针对性的膳食指导,评估患者干预前后的营养素摄入和营养状况。结果:植物型膳食组膳食干预前后,膳食中的能量、蛋白质、维生素E、维生素B2、蔬菜、水果和其他植物性食物供能占总能量的比,差异显著(P<0.05),同时相比常规膳食组,植物型膳食组干预前后卡氏功能状态评分明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:植物型膳食的膳食干预影响了胰腺癌患者的膳食摄入,对总能量、蛋白质等营养素的摄入量有显著增加,同时对胰腺癌患者的营养状况也有积极的影响,健康状况得到改善。
Objective To study the effect of plant-based diet on the improvement of nutritional status of pancreatic cancer patients through diet intervention.Method A total of 60 patients with pancreatic cancer from Yueyang Shanghai integrative hospital were randomly divided into the plant-based diet group and the conventional diet group.We conducted one to one,targeted dietary guidance for patients in a plant-based diet group to assess nutrient intake and nutritional status before and after intervention.Result Plant type diet group before and after the dietary intervention,dietary energy,protein,vitamin E,vitamin B 2,vegetables,fruits and other plant food for the total energy ratio,significant difference(P<0.05),compared with the conventional diet group at the same time,before and after the plant dietary intervention group Karnofsky performance status score increased obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary intervention of plant-based diet affects the dietary intake of patients with pancreatic cancer,and increases the intake of total energy,protein and other nutrients.At the same time,the nutritional status of patients with pancreatic cancer also has a positive impact and the health status has been improved.
