摘要 测试纯壳聚糖纤维的形貌、组成、结构、强伸性能、卷曲性能、质量比电阻等,并与甲壳素纤维进行对比。结果表明:纯壳聚糖纤维的横截面为锯齿形,纵向有沟槽,与甲壳素纤维的形态相近;纯壳聚糖纤维与甲壳素纤维红外光谱图特征相近;纯壳聚糖纤维与甲壳素纤维的X射线衍射特征峰一致;干态条件下,纯壳聚糖纤维的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、初始模量及断裂功均稍大于甲壳素纤维;纯壳聚糖纤维的回潮率实测值为16.41%,高于甲壳素纤维;纯壳聚糖纤维的卷曲数、卷曲率、卷曲弹性率和卷曲回复率均稍大于甲壳素纤维;纯壳聚糖纤维的质量比电阻小于甲壳素纤维。 The appearance,composition,structure,tensile property,crimp ability and mass specific resis?tance of pure chitosan fiber were measured and compared with chitin fiber.The results showed that the cross section of pure chitosan fiber was zigzag and the longitudinal had groove,which was similar to the form of chi?tin fiber.The infrared spectra peak shape and peak position of pure chitosan fiber were consistent with those of chitin fiber.The characteristic peaks of X-ray diffraction of pure chitosan were consistent with that of chitin fiber.The breaking strength,elongation at break,initial modulus and work of fracture were larger than those of chitin fiber at dry state.The moisture regain of pure chitosan fiber was 16.41%,which was higher than that of chitin fiber.The crimp number,crimp ration and elastic recovery of curl rate of pure chitosan fiber were all larg?er than those of chitin fiber.The mass specific resistance of pure chitosan fiber was smaller than that of chitin fiber.
