摘要
制备了一种季铵盐化羧甲基壳聚糖,并对其结构进行了表征。当单独利用100 mg/L季铵盐化羧甲基壳聚糖对活性红X-3B模拟印染废水进行处理,p H为7时脱色率可达94.9%,COD去除率可达76.8%。将季铵盐化羧甲基壳聚糖与竹炭复配后,复合型絮凝剂的絮凝效果明显提高。当季铵盐化羧甲基壳聚糖用量为200 mg/L、竹炭用量为50 mg/L时,复合型絮凝剂对模拟印染废水的脱色率为98.2%,COD去除率为82.6%,且废水p H对絮凝效果影响不大。
A type of amphoteric chitosan was prepared and characterized.When 100 mg/L of the amphoteric chitosan was used alone as flocculant for the treatment of activated red X-3B simulated dyeing wastewater(pH=7),the decolorization rate was 94.9%,the removal rate of COD was 76.8%.A type of composite flocculant of amphoteric chitosan/bamboo charcoal was also prepared,when the dosage of the amphoteric chitosan was 200 mg/L,the dosage of bamboo charcoal was 50 mg/L,the decolorization rate of the composite flocculant on treatment of simulated dyeing wastewater was 98.2%,the removal rate of COD was 82.6%.Moreover,the pH of wastewater showed little influence on the flocculation effect.
