摘要
采用恒温恒压装置对含氢硅油和聚醚硅油中的氢质量分数进行了测定。原理是利用Si—H键与KOH溶液反应产生氢气,通过准确测定生成氢气的体积,再由气态方程计算出氢质量分数。用分析级的四甲基二硅氧烷对检测方法进行了校正,结果表明相对偏差小于3.00%,达到检测方法要求。
The hydrogen mass fraction in silicone oil containing hydrogen and polyether silicone oil was determined by constant temperature and constant pressure device.The principle was that the Si-H bond reacted with the KOH solution to produce hydrogen,and the volume of hydrogen was measured accurately,then the hydrogen mass fraction was calculated by the gaseous equation.Then the hydrogen content could be determined via gas equation calculation.The detection method was corrected with tetramethyldisiloxane,and the result showed that the relative deviation was less than 3.00%,which reached the requirement of the detection method.
