天然气水合物浆体的制备与流动特性 被引量:2

摘要 选取HCFC-141b作为客体分子,静态法制备一氟二氯乙烷水合物;记录各种浓度的水合物浆体的制备时间、溶液变化规律,以推测出天然气水合物浆体的制备条件。根据天然气水合物浆体所需的试剂配比,采用搅拌槽式反应器,制备具有良好流动性的天然气水合物浆体。确定不同浓度的天然气水合物浆体的流动参数,并利用fluent软件模拟,得到主相—水的速度分布云图、次相水合物颗粒浓度分布云图和各截面上的水合物浓度分布,表现整个环空管道内水合物的流动情况。 HCFC-141b selected as a object,a fluoro dichloroethane hydrate was prepared by static method;The preparation time of hydrate slurry in various concentration and the change of solution were recorded to predict the preparation conditions of gas hydrate slurry.The gas hydrate slurry with good fluidity is prepared by mixing tank type reactor according to the reagent ratio of the gas hydrate slurry.The flow parameters of hydrate slurry in different concentrations was determined.And the main phase-water velocity profile,hydrate particle concentration distribution and the GHS concentration distribution on different cross section was obtained using the Fluent simulate software,to show the flow condition of GHS in the annular pipe.
