人工模拟汗液浸润状态下蓝草蓝染色粘胶织物的性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 探讨了蓝草蓝染色粘胶纤维织物不同人工模拟汗液量对面料紫外线防护性能、耐摩擦色牢度、导热与力学性能。研究表明,随着人工模拟汗液量的增加,蓝草蓝染色粘胶纤维织物的防紫外线性能、耐摩擦色牢度与力学性能不断下降,且碱性人工模拟汗液环境中下降速率低于在酸性人工模拟汗液环境中;导热性能随人工模拟汗液量增加上升,且在碱性人工模拟汗液环境中上升速率低于在酸性人工模拟汗液环境中。由于体质的不同,同样的人工模拟汗液量对服装的服用性能也各不相同,相比未染色的普通粘胶纤维织物,蓝草蓝染色后的粘胶纤维织物的抗紫外线与导热性能有所提高,在夏季对皮肤起到很好的保护作用;染色所造成的断裂强力下降对织物的耐用性能影响较小。因此,服装的保养应充分建立在对穿着环境与面料材质熟悉的基础上。 Properties of anti-ultraviolet,rubbing fastness,thermal conductivity and mechanics were tested to study viscose fabric properties dyed blue grass blue in wet states soaked by artificial simulated sweat.Research showed that properties of anti-ultraviolet,rubbing fastness and mechanics were all decreased except thermal conductivity,what’s more,rates of descent and ascent of indexes above in alkaline artificial simulated sweat environment was inferior to acidic artificial simulated sweat environment.Comparing with viscose fabric without dyed blue grass blue,properties of anti-ultraviolet and thermal conductivity of viscose fabric dyed blue grass blue were both improved which were led better protection for skin in summer;mechanical properties was decreased,however,it was less affected for wearabilities.It was arrived at a conclusion that the same amount of artificial simulated sweat in the same fabric which was led to properties difference because of the different constitution,so clothing maintenance should be based on fully understanding of wearable environment and fabric properties.
