摘要
简述了近年来木质纤维素预处理方法,分析了抑制物的形成、影响及脱除策略,对比和总结了物理法、化学法和生物法等三种抑制物的脱毒方法,其中物理法操作简单、成本低,能有效去除乙酸、糠醛等物质,化学法需额外添加化学药品,对呋喃甲醛和酚类物质脱除效果较好,生物法利用微生物或酶对抑制物的降解作用,作用条件温和,但处理时间也相对较长。最后,对如何提高木质纤维素利用效率提出了建议和思路。
This review summarizes recent advances pretreatment of lignocellulose and in the formation and classification of inhibitos from lignocellulosic feedstocks.Furthermore,the various approaches of lignocellulose detoxification contrasted affect at technologies and mechanisms.Physical treatments are simple and low cost,and partid decrease content of acetic acid or furfural.Chemical treatments may added chemical agents to the slurries from extraneous,it uesd to removal furan aldehydes and phenolic.Biological treatments with microorganisms or enzymes to degradation in inhibitors.It may be carried out mild environmental conditions,but treatment time is meas ured in terms of hours or days.Finally,make suggestions on how to improve the utilization efficiency of lignocellulose.
