燃气蒸汽联合循环热电联产机组供热比指标计算方法的探究

Study on Heating Ratio Index Calculation Method of Gas-Fired Steam Combined Cycle Cogeneration Unit

本文依照热量法的基本原理,对燃气蒸汽联合循环热电联产机组的供热比指标计算方法进行了深入研究。参考火电机组热电联产的供热比计算公式,提出了联合联产机组的供热比计算公式。通过典型的算例,对比了蓝天燃机厂的供热比经验公式和文中新提出的供热比计算式的计算结果,阐述了后者的合理性,同时也可为供热标煤耗的计算提供参考。

The article studies heating ratio index calculation method of gas-fired steam combined cycle cogeneration unit based on basic principle of thermal caloric law.The author puts forward heating ratio calculation method of cogeneration unit according to reference of heating ratio calculation method of coal-fired cogeneration unit.Through typical calculation cases,the author compares heating ratio empirical formula of blue sky turbine factory with heating ratio calculation results.Reasonability of calculation method gives reference to heating standard coal consumption calculation.
