摘要
根据外销滇红工夫茶的毛茶取料路径的不同,概述了滇红毛茶精制加工工艺路线、关键工序的技术要求及联装生产线;根据不同来源的滇红拼配原料,总结了半成品、制成品等拼配原料的拼配方法与技术,及拼配实践中所需掌握的关键技术要点,期望为外销云南工夫红茶的生产者提供帮助。
According to different raw material sources of Dianhong Kungfu Tea for export,this paper introduced technology of refining,technical requirements for key working procedures and assembly line.With blending materials from various sources,it also summarized technology and methods for blending semi-finished products and finished products,as well as key technical points in actual blending.It is expected to provide reference for producers of Kungfu Black Tea in Yunna Province.
