试析宋子安《东溪试茶录》的现实意义

Analysis on the Practical Significance of Song zian's Exploring Tea in Dongxi

北宋茶学家宋子安根据实际考察情况著《东溪试茶录》一书,对建安一带茶叶生产的地理情况,各类茶区的发展情况做了简明扼要的概述,是研究宋代茶业发展的重要资料。文章从建安总体生态条件的表述、茶叶产区及其茶叶品质、茶树品种资源和茶树繁育、采摘与辨识茶病的方法等四个方面对《东溪试茶录》的内容进行概括介绍,对其现实意义进行了解析。

Song zian,a tea expert in the Northern Song Dynasty,wrote the book Exploring Tea in Dongxi according to his field investigations.He made a concise summary of the geographical conditions of tea production in Jian’an and the development of various tea areas.This book is very important for studying the development of tea in the Song Dynasty.This paper made a general introduction of Exploring Tea in Dongxi from four aspects,which included the overall ecological conditions of Jian’an,tea producing region and its tea quality,tea tree variety resources and tea tree breeding,and picking and identification of tea diseases.Meanwhile,the paper also analyzed the significance of the book.
