摘要
电液比例加载系统是电液控制中非常典型的一种控制系统。通过分析静力加载试验机电液比例加载系统对积分环节的要求,针对常规PID控制算法快速响应时易超调,容易对加载试件造成永久损伤,以及常规PID控制方法对加载不同刚度的测试试件的适应性较差的问题,应用线性函数的特性,设计了变速积分PID控制中的积分系数函数。通过变化的积分项来矫正系统参数在一定范围内对控制稳定性的不良影响。通过AMESim软件对系统进行物理建模,通过Simulink软件对系统进行数学建模,并进行联合仿真验证理论分析的可行性。将算法运用到实际的加载试验机中得到了实验数据,验证理论分析的正确性。
Electro-hydraulic proportional loading system is a very typical control system in electro-hydraulic control.By analyzing the requirements of the integral part of the static loading test machine,the conventional PID control algorithm is easy to overshoot when the PID control algorithm is quick to respond,it is easy to cause permanent damage to the loaded specimen,and the conventional PID control method is used to test the different stiffness.In this paper,the integral coefficient function in variable speed integral PID control is designed by using the characteristics of linear function.By adjusting the integral term to correct the system parameters in a certain range of adverse effects on the control stability.The system is modeled by AMESim software,and the system is modeled by Simulink software,and the feasibility of the theoretical simulation is verified by joint simulation.The experimental data are obtained by applying the algorithm to the actual loading test machine to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
