摘要
以某型号电液伺服阀为参照,设计了SFF-10电液伺服阀。叙述了SFF-10电液伺服阀的作用、组成以及工作原理;通过对比分析电液伺服阀的几种类型,确定了双喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀设计方案、采用Excel软件对电液伺服阀的阀套与阀芯、喷嘴组件以及衔铁组件进行了设计计算。通过建模仿真验证了本设计满足设计要求。
The SFF-10 electro-hydraulic servo valve is designed with reference to a model electro-hydraulic servo valve.This paper describes the function,composition and working principle of SFF-10 electrohydraulic servo valve.By comparing and analyzing several types of electro-hydraulic servo valve,the design scheme of electro-hydraulic servo valve with dual nozzle baffle is determined.The electro-hydraulic servo Valve sleeve and spool,nozzle assembly and armature components are designed and calculated.The simulation results show that the design meets the design requirements.
