摘要
本文参考欧盟及国家标准,用ICPMS法对钡、钴、铜、铁、锰、铝、砷、铬这8种高风险的危害因子进行迁移情况研究,结果表明,目前市场上紫砂食具容器的铜、铁、锰、砷、铬的迁移问题不突出,但铝、钡、钴三种重金属元素的迁移存在一定风险。
Refer to the EU standard and national standards,the Migration distribution of heavy metals in purple clay vessel for food including barium(Ba),cobalt(co),cuprum(cu),iron,manganese(Mn),aluminium(Al),Arsenic(As)and chrome(Cr)was researched by ICPMS.The results show that cuprum(cu),iron(Fe),manganese(Mn),Arsenic(As)and chrome(Cr)are less damaging than aluminium(Al),barium(Ba)and cobalt(co)in the current market.
