油气田地面工程质量管理存在问题及改进措施

Diagnoses and improvement measures in oil and gas surface engineering quality management problems

地面工程质量管理是油气田安全生产的基础保障之一,做好地面工程质量管理对油气田持续健康发展具有重要意义。本文根据多次检查情况总结了地面工程质量管理中的存在问题,从对质量管理的影响程度、出现概率、改进重要程度三个方面对存在问题进行量化调查和分析,提出了改进措施,以期对提高油气田地面工程质量管理水平提供参考。

Surface engineering quality management is one of the basic guarantees for oil and gas production safety,it is significance to do it good for ensuring sustained and healthy development.According to the result of multiple inspections,we summarized the common problems,analyzed the survey results of influence degree、occurrence probability and improve degree,gave out the improvement measures to reference for raising the management quality of oil and gas surface engineering quality.
