基于提高风力发电机定子端部漆膜质量的工艺研究

摘要 针对风力发电机定子绕组浸漆后端部产生漆泡的问题展开研究,通过工艺对比试验找到了问题的症结。经过样件风险分析及漆饼的工艺试验提出了定子浸漆前预烘和浸漆后阶梯升温的工艺方法,并确定了工艺参数。经过样机试制和批量制造表明:该工艺方法能够提高风电定子端部的漆膜质量,能彻底消除端部漆泡,效果良好,可有效保证定子绕组的可靠性和防潮性。 Aiming at the wind generator stator winding end of lacquer paint bubble problem research,through the process of comparison test of the crux of the problem is found.Through the process of risk analysis and testing of samples of paint cake proposed stator dipping pre drying and Impregnation after step heating process,and the process parameters were determined through.The prototype and mass production shows that the process can improve the wind power stator end of the film quality,can completely eliminate end paint foam,good effect,can effectively ensure the reliability and moisture resistance of stator winding.
