With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy,for coal mine construction project,cost control and management is a particularly important link.As a special industry,coal mine enterprises have high risk.Therefore,coal mining enterprises attach great importance to the control and management of coal mine construction projects.This work is very complex and arduous.Cost control plays a supporting role for the coal mine industry as a whole,and effective management can promote the development of coal mining industry.The project has improved the economic benefits of enterprises and promoted social security and stability.However,at present,there are still many problems in coal mine construction projects,which restrict the healthy development of enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem.The function of control and management to coal mine construction project is expounded,a series of existing problems are analyzed,and the decision-making,design,bidding,construction and completion of the project are discussed to explore effective methods for further strengthening management.
