摘要
依据环渤海地区三省一市面板数据,运用灰色关联分析法,就海洋产业结构对碳排放量的影响进行实证分析,并引入趋势系数,得出海洋产业增长率与碳排放增长率的相对关系。研究表明:对于天津和河北,海洋油气业对碳排放贡献最大,而在辽宁和山东,海水养殖业能耗较高且产业增长率较低;同时,各地区滨海旅游业和交通运输业的产业增长率远高于碳排放增长率;以此为环渤海各省市的海洋低碳化转型提供参考。
According to the panel data of three provinces in Bohai area,the grey relational analysis method is used to analyze the effects of marine industrial structure on carbon emissions.And the trend coefficient is introduced to get the relation between the growth rate of marine industry and the rate of carbon emissions growth.The results show that the marine oil and gas industry contributes most to the carbon emissions in Tianjin and Hebei,while in Liaoning and Shandong,the energy consumption of the mariculture industry is relatively high and the growth rate of the industry is low.At the same time,the industrial growth rate of coastal tourism and transportation industry in all regions is far higher than the rate of carbon emissions growth.This will serve as a reference for the marine low carbon transition in Bohai area.
