河南民办教育投融资渠道研究

Research on the Investment and Financing Channel for Private Education in Henan Province

市场经济的发展为我国民办教育的发展壮大提供了广阔的发展空间。近年来,河南省各级政府及有关部门加强引导,完善政策措施,优化发展环境,加大扶持力度,促进了民办教育事业的健康发展。但是,还要清醒地看到,河南省民办教育经费投入来源结构不尽合理,政府财政投入比重低,学费收入比重大,应加大政府扶持力度,开拓民办教育投融资渠道。

With the development of market economy,a large development space has also been provided for the private education in China.In recent years,various levels of government in Henan province and relevant departments strengthen their guidance,complete the policies and measures,optimize the development environment,and strengthen the support so as to promote the healthy development of private education cause.Yet,we should also notice consciously that the structure of investment sources for private education is not quite reasonable,for the government finance investment has only a low proportion while the income from students,tuition fee occupies a high proportion.So it is necessary to strengthen the government,s support and enlarge the investment and financing channels for private education.
