河南地方本科高校旅游管理实践教学质量学生满意度调查分析

实践教学是应用型专业整个教学体系中的关键环节,在专业转型发展的过程中,实践教学满意度是衡量应用型高校转型成果的重要指标之一。文章基于实践教学主体学生的角度,从实践教学开展前、实践教学进行中,实践教学结束后三个阶段,围绕实践意愿、实践教学目标、实践教学师资、实践教学条件、实践教学单位、实践教学对职业发展提升等指标进行了调查分析。研究表明,实践教学开展前的清晰定位、系统学习、实践条件、培训机会、受重视程度与实践教学的满意度呈现正相关。实践期望与实践教学满意度负相关。实践单位的类型条件、对实习生的培养对满意度起着关键作用。在总结旅游管理实践教学满意度现状问题的基础上,提出提高旅游管理本科生实践教学满意度的五大建议,以促进河南高校旅游管理专业的应用转型发展。

Practice teaching is a key link in the whole teaching system of applied specialties.In the process of professional transformation and development,practice teaching satisfaction is one of the important indicators to measure the transformation results of applied universities.Based on the students'perspective,from the three stages:Investigation and analysis were done focusing on the practice of willingness,teaching objectives,practice teaching,practice teaching and practice teaching units,teaching practice on the occupation development indexes.Research shows that clear positioning,systematic learning,practical conditions,training opportunities,and the degree of attention are positively correlated with the satisfaction degree of practice teaching before practice teaching.There is a negative correlation between practical expectation and practical teaching satisfaction.The type conditions of the practice unit and the cultivation of the interns play a key role in the satisfaction of the students.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of tourism management practice teaching satisfaction,puts forward five suggestions to improve the satisfaction degree of Tourism Management Undergraduates'practice teaching,so as to promote the transformation and development of Tourism Management Major in Henan universities.
