摘要
深入开展创新创业教育,培养学生的创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力,是推进高校服务国家、深化教育改革的重要举措。而建立全面的、系统化的创新创业教育评价体系,则是开展创新创业教育的重要保障。文章基于CIPP教育评价模式,结合我国创新创业现实环境和高校创新创业教育实践,构建了由4个一级指标、11个二级指标和18个三级指标组成的高校创新创业教育评价指标体系。以C9高校为样本,采用因子分析等手段进行实证研究,证明了上述指标体系的科学性、合理性,最后,针对9所高校创新创业教育实施过程中存在的特征和差异进行了总结。
Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education(abbr.IEE),cultivating students'innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and innovation and entrepreneurship ability is an important measure to promote universities to serve the country and deepen educational reform.The establishment of a comprehensive and systematic evaluation system for IEE is an important guarantee for the development of IEE.Based on CIPP education evaluation mode,combined with China's innovation and entrepreneurship environment and IEE practice,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of IEE in colleges and universities,which is composed of 4 first level,11 second level and 18 third level indexes.Then,taking C9 universities as a sample,we use factor analysis and entropy method to do empirical research,and the scientific rationality of the above index system is proved.Finally,the characteristics and differences in the implementation process of IEE in C9 universities are summarized.
