摘要
当代大学生个体意识较强,因此为促进大学生发展,提出对不同学生群体实行一定程度上的"精准教育"。从当代大学生学习心理以及对学校及教师的教学管理期望出发,设计了两份调查问卷,并以江苏省为例,对苏州大学,南京大学等11所大学共计分发了500份调查问卷;通过对不同分类依据进行数据统计与数据分析,得出了不同年级,不同地区,不同学科大学生对于自我学习认知及对于教学管理需求的共性与个性。据此为高校在教学管理方面提出一些建议,提出了"提倡学校打破以班级为单位教学的体系,实行以班级为行政单位进行管理,以学生自身特点划分教学组,以教学小组为单位进行教学"的方案。
The individual consciousness of contemporary college students is stronger than past.Therefore,we propose"precise education"to different groups of students in order to promote the development of college students.From the perspective of contemporary college students'learning psychology and colleges'teaching management,we have designed two questionnaires and distributed them in Jiangsu Province.We have distributed 500 questionnaires to the Soochow University,Nanjing University and other 11 universities.Through the data statistics and data analysis of different classification basis,we get the similarities and differences of self-learning cognition and teaching management needs of different grades,different regions and different disciplines.According to the data analysis,we will give some suggestions to the college on the teaching management and put forward a plan-"Colleges should break the system of class teaching,implement class management as administrative units and divide teaching groups according to their own characteristics."
