地方本科院校社会工作专业协同育人探讨——以HZ学院为例

HZ学院,作为一所地方本科院校,自2013年开办社会工作专业以来,不断从育人主体、教学过程、实习实训基地等方面进行探索社会工作专业协同育人实践,取得了一定的效果。但是,也还存在一些问题:协同育人目标不明确、投入不够、成效无法达到理想状态。HZ学院社会工作专业协同育人体系的构建,有赖于做好以下几个方面的工作:一是明确协同育人目标;二是加大协同育人投入力度;三是改善协同育人方案。

Since the social work major has been established in 2013 in HZ University,it has set up the goal to cultivate talents by cooperating with government,industry bodies and students communities.In this way,it has given the best play to the advantages of government,industry bodies,college and student's communities,building systematic cooperative education teaching mode,thus pro moting the social work major to put educating people in practice.However,there are still some problems need to be solved during the process of cooperative education.The goal is not clear.The investment is insufficient.The effectiveness of the program can't reach the perfect state.Therefore,the cooperative education system constructed by the social work major of Huizhou University is supposed to abide by the following aspects:clearing about the cooperative education objective of the each body;increasing the inten sity of cooperative education;improving the project about cooperative education.
