论环境法律诊所在法学教育中的定位与改革路径

随着法律诊所教育模式在我国高等法学教育中的兴起,法律诊所课程已成为我国法学实践教学的重要环节和组成部分。环境法学是一门具有交叉性和边缘性的应用型法律学科,其不仅与民法商学、刑法学、行政法学和诉讼法学等法律学科有交叉性,而且还与自然科学中的生态学、环境科学等学科密切相关。环境法律诊所的准确定位对于有效开展环境法教学、落实法学实践教学目标具有重要意义。

With the rise of legal clinic education mode in China's higher law education,law clinic curriculum has become an important part of China's law practice teaching.Environmental law is a cross disciplinary and marginal applied law discipline.It is not only intersected with civil law business,criminal law,administrative law and litigation law,but also closely related to ecology,en vironmental science and other disciplines in natural science.The accurate positioning of environmental legal clinics is of great signifi cance to the effective teaching of environmental law and the implementation of the teaching objectives of law practice.
