“少数民族骨干计划”研究综述

自"少数民族骨干计划"实施以来,学者们对该计划的实然以及应然状态进行了热烈的探讨。目前国内对该计划的研究侧重于三方面,即价值探讨、计划执行的表现及影响因素、基于长期发展的对策研究。结合当下研究的来源、区域、内容及方法呈现出阶段性、偏向性及丰富性的特点,拓宽研究区域、完善研究方法和填补政策执行效用研究的策略有助于该计划的研究与发展。

Since the implementation of the High level backbone program for ethnic minorities has been established,scholars have discussed about the oughtness and the reality of the plan.The current researches focus on three aspects:the value,the performance and influencing factors of the plan,and long-term development strategies.Based on the sources,regions,content and methods of cur rent researches,the characteristics of stage,deviation and richness are presented.The three aspects will be improved in the research:broadening the study area,improving research methods,filling the policy implementation of effect researches,which will be helpful to study and develop the project.
