摘要党的十九大强调要推进基层协商工作,加强协商民主制度建设。文章在高校现有协商民主实现形式的基础上,总结高校工会组织发展基层协商民主存在的问题,并对实现路径提出建议性意见。 The 19th Plenary Session of the Party stressed that it is necessary to promote grass-roots consultation and strengthen the construction of consultative democracy.Based on the existing form of consultative democracy in universities,this article summa rizes the existing problems in the development of grassroots consultative democracy in trade unions and puts forward suggestions for the realization of the path.
