摘要
职业规划是职业发展的计划安排,涉及职业发展各阶段的岗位选择及相应的能力要求。在职业规划的引导下,制订确实符合学生职业发展需要的个性化能力培养目标,才能体现以学生为中心、以职业发展为目的、尊重差异的职业教育理念。根据能力目标的具体要求,动员所有资源参与并相互协同的全员育人过程,才能实现针对性培养,提高资源利用效率。
Career guidance,which is the career development plan,involves in the jobs choice and corresponding ability require ments of every stages of the career development.Personalized ability goal that meets the needs of students'career target under the guidance of career planning can really reflect the vocational education concept of students-center,career-goal and differences-respect.Systematic participation involving all the resources and mutual coordination,according to the specific requirements of the ability target,can achieve the purpose of accurate training and efficiency improvement.
