摘要
随着我国"二孩政策"的全面实施,新生人口不断增多,这无疑对学前教育的发展带来巨大挑战。学前教育教师是孩子接受教育接触的第一个教师群体,如何培养其专业素养就显得格外重要。作为意大利著名的学前教育体系,瑞吉欧教育理论体系中关于学前教育教师素养和培养儿童早期教育专业人员的研究对我国学前教育教师素质培养具有积极的指导和借鉴意义。
With the full implementation of"two children policy"in our country,the newborn population continues to increase.This undoubtedly poses a great challenge to the development of preschool education.As the first group of teachers who come into contact with children-preschool teachers,how to cultivate their professionalism is especially important.As Italy's pre-eminent preschool education system,the research on teacher's education in preschool education and the training of early childhood education professionals in Reggio Emilia education theory system has positive guidance and reference significance for our preschool education teacher's quality development.
