摘要
"心之所向,教之所爱"是对教师职业最好的诠释,从教伊始每一个教师都怀有某种情感,有着对教师职业的初步认同。认同作为教师职业的应有之义,不仅要认同教师职业,还要认同教育本身,对教育的认同一定程度上表现为对教育旨趣的理解,对教育持何种理解对教师职业认同至关重要。认同作为一种意识是"教"的行为的动因和来源,潜在地影响着教师的教育教学实践。
"The love of the heart,the love of teaching"is the best interpretation of teachers.Since the start of teaching,each teacher has harbour a kind of feeling-the preliminary identify with teaching as a career.What really needs to be identified with is not only the teaching as a job,but also the education itself.To some extent,the identify of education is the understanding of education purport,which is crucial to occupation.As a consciousness,identify is the prime source of motivation for teaching.It has a potential implication for the practice of teaching.
