摘要
提升班主任队伍的素质水平,不仅要从外部因素对班主任个体进行激励,更要深入挖掘其内在需求和动机。基于系统动力学理论,确定班主任胜任力的反馈控制机制,构建职业学校班主任胜任力模型,并探究职业学校班主任队伍建设的考核方向,有利于为建立班主任考核机制提供思路。
To improve the quality level of the team leader should not only motivate the class teacher from external factors,but also excavate its intrinsic needs and motivation.Based on the theory of system dynamics,the feedback control mechanism of the teacher's competency is determined,the competency model of the teacher in the vocational school is established,and the evaluation direction of the team building of the teacher in the vocational school is explored to provide ideas for establishing the teacher evaluation system.
