On the Construction of a Harmonious College Teacher-Student Relationship Based on Traditional Culture

近年来,师生关系恶性事件多有发生,高校师生关系冷漠化、功利化也成为讨论热点。究其背后原因,与传统道德缺失不无关联,传统的"师道尊严"在当代社会已经逐渐被遗忘,而近年来兴起的"国学热"、传统文化价值重现,恰好可以弥补高校师生关系的裂痕,本文以此为出发点,试图探讨以传统文化构建和谐高校师生关系的新思路。

In recent years,there have been many vicious incidents of teacher-student relationship,and the indifference and utilitarianization of teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities has also become a hot topic of discussion.The reason behind this is related to the lack of traditional morality.The traditional"dignity of teachers"has gradually been forgotten in the contemporary society,while the reappearance of"Chinese culture fever"and traditional cultural values that have arisen in recent years can exactly make up for the crack of teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities.As a starting point,this paper attempts to explore new ideas for building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities through traditional culture.
